How does my item ship?
The majority of orders at The Great Buffalo Trading Post are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We feel this is the most cost effective mode of shipment. If you would like to upgrade to a faster delivery mode, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. We would be happy to meet special requests.
What payment do you accept?
The Great Buffalo Trading Post accepts GoogleCheckout or PayPal for payment. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay for your purchase. Both of these providers are trusted companies with extensive history in internet services. If you wish to pay by another means, email email@example.com with your request.

What is your return policy?
The Great Buffalo Trading Post's customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days of order placement; often they are shipped faster. Additional delivery time is required for shipment delivery service. Products can be returned in original condition for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please email email@example.com prior to return of product.
What security does your site have?
We take every precaution to protect our customers' information. We have contracted with PayPal and GoogleCheckOut, the world leaders in secure online transactions, to process your purchases. With either system, you receive the benefits of world class security and privacy. When you send sensitive information (such as your credit card number) to GoogleCheckOut or PayPal via our order form, that information is encrypted and protected with SSL, the current industry standard protocol. Your financial information is processed at PayPal or GoogleCheckout not at the Great Buffalo Site.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell nor disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We might occasionally send you an email to let you know of an update or service change at The Great Buffalo site. We do NOT spam our customers.
